We exist to remove barriers between motivated students and meaningful healthcare careers.
Our story
All Is Well Healthcare Academy was founded with a simple belief: that careers in healthcare should be accessible to anyone willing to do the work. Our founders, working clinicians who came up through the same paths, designed every program to be practical, affordable, and flexible enough to fit around real life — jobs, kids, second shifts.
From our Little Elm campus we train Texans for in-demand roles — CNAs, phlebotomists, EKG techs, medical assistants, PCTs, and more — and partner with DFW employers who consistently hire our graduates.
We are a Texas Workforce Commission-approved school and an HHSC-approved Nurse Aide Training Program. We are not Title IV eligible — and we like it that way. It keeps tuition transparent, allows us to accept WIOA scholarships and AfterPay, and frees us to focus on the student experience.
