WIOA Scholarships
WIOA scholarship funding is accepted for Medical Assistant, PCT, and Medical Billing & Coding. Apply at workintexas.com.

AfterPay is available on the Medical Assistant, PCT, Medical Billing & Coding, and HHSC CBT CNA programs.
A +10% finance fee is added to each payment-plan invoice for most programs.
Accepted Payments
Cash, Zelle, Cash App, credit/debit cards, business checks, and cashier's checks.
A 4% processing fee applies to invoice and card payments on several programs (4.4% on EKG).
Refund policy
Full refund within 72 hours of enrollment. After 72 hours, refund policies vary by program — contact the school for details.

Important: Title IV not accepted
All Is Well Healthcare Academy is not Title IV eligible. Federal student loans and Pell Grants are not accepted.
Many students fund training through WIOA, employer reimbursement, or our AfterPay payment plan.
